I really don't want to bash this company because I have tried their other bar soaps and they were pretty good, so don't shy away from their products...just this particular one.
The other soaps I tried from them (that I liked, didn't love so they won't make it on my LOVE IT page for that reason) are:
Pure Glycerin - it was nice, unscented, lathered nicely and it's perfect for baby! I will use this one again.
Creamy Clay - I use this to wash my face and I like it, it's not overly scented and it leaves my face feeling clean but not dry. I will probably use this again, but this is one that I would be willing to try in different brands as well.
Carbolic - This is supposed to be good to use to wash your face because it's mildly antiseptic. It's also apparently good for repelling mosquitoes. I haven't tried it as a mosquito repellant but I can see how it might work as it's a pretty potent smell (not pleasant). For washing my face it was good. I wouldn't use it again because I can't stand the scent.
All that said, this is a small company that strives to make natural top quality products without phosphates or lauryl sulphates. They don't test their products on animals and they keep packaging to a minimum in order to create the smallest environmental footprint. Honestly, if you come across them at the store and you find a scent you like I would encourage you to try it. They're well priced and because they're natural, it's always worth trying (you never know, you might come across one that you love!)
